Island Sunrise Condo, Gulf Shores, AL.

My daughter Alisha works for a Realtor at Re/Max of Gulf Shores, AL. Part of her shop is to go to some of the realtor's rental properties to take pictures for a website. She asked if I would like to go with her to see some of the condos. Our first stop was the Island Sunrise Condo in Gulf Shores, AL.

Alisha told me this was one of the older condos in Gulf Shores.

The Island Sunrise is just about a mile east Hwy 59 on Beach Road.

View of the pool out front of the condo.

We went to the top floor to unit #664 of Island Sunrise, Gulf Shores, Al.

This is the view looking out from the front door of unit #664.

View of the pool from the front door.

When you come in the hall from the front door there is a bedroom to the left. I will show you pictures of the room later. Further down the hall, you come to the living room and the kitchen to the left.

Off from the living room, the master bedroom is located on the beach side.

The master bedroom has a single sink bathroom.

This bedroom sleeps four.

The bottom of the bunk bed is a double bed.

Off from the living room there is a small balcony that seats four chairs.

Just down the beach there is a restaurant.

The restaurant is the Sea- N-Suds. It does not open until January 1st.

View east of the beach condo balcony.
It was a nice sunny day, but few people on the beach.

Most snow birds don't arrive to Gulf Shores, AL. until after the first of the year.

Note the beautiful white sugar sand!

View as we leave the condo to some of the other units that do not have a beach view.

Another view of  the pool from the front balcony.

The Island Sunrise has outside stairs available, as well as a elevator.

A look from the stairs toward the units front door on the left.

Pool at pool side.

On the east side of the condo, there are grills available for owners or renters.

The balcony is located at the top middle left .

A view of Alisha and Joe. I called Joe and asked if he would like to see the unit also.

The condo to the east of Island Sunrise is a newer 14 floor condo.
This unit in Island Sunrise condo runs from $110 to $215 a day, or $660 to $1,290 a week, depending on the season. You can also rent this unit for $1,200/ month in the winter. We had planned to view and take pictures of another condo, but someone forgot to charge the other set of batteries, so we had to call it a day.
