After viewing Crystal Shores, we walked across the parking lot to the right to Crystal Shores West parking lot.

Crystal Shores West has 14 floors and covered parking.

 

The unit we viewed was #1308.

From the living room, the master bedroom is to the left on the beach side.

The master bedroom has a two sink bathroom.

We walked passed the kitchen down the hall toward the front door, then turned left for the other two bedrooms.

The second bedroom is to the right.

The second bedroom has a private bathroom.

The second bedroom has a view of the lagoon across the street.

 

The third bedroom is at the end of the hall.

 

The third bedroom sleeps three, with the lower bunk being a double bed.

The third bedroom also has a view of the lagoon.

A third bathroom is located off the hall to the left.There is a door from the third bedroom that also enters this bathroom.

It has a large vanity with one sink.

 

After viewing the bedrooms, we went back past the kitchen,

 

To the living room to check out the balcony.

The balcony is a very nice size.

What a view. Because this unit is on the east side, it was a bit warm on the balcony, and didn't seem to have much of a breeze. This unit would be great for morning coffees on cold morning winter days.

 

In the living room, there is also a sliding door to the east.

The room is very bright with light.

I sat in one of the lounging chairs to check out the view.

We opened both sliding doors and had a nice ocean breeze.

The out door  pool is located on the east side of the condo.

The pool has a jacuzzi and has a zero entry.

During warmer weather the door is open to swim from the outdoor to the indoor pool.

The exercise room is off of the game room,

with of course a view of the beach and ocean.
You can rent this unit for $190 to $360 a night or $1,140 to $2,160 a week depending on the season. You can also rent it for $2,500/month in the winter.
